Dispatch Times

We aim to ship orders within 1 business day whenever possible, however busy times, component shortages or staff shortages may extend this slightly. If a delay of more than a few days is anticipated we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Items are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL, depending on location. In the UK Standard or Special Delivery is available. For countries outside the UK or EU, International Standard, International Standard Tracked, International Standard Signed or International Standard Tracked & Signed, depending what service is available in the destination country.

Duty and Taxes

You may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees if you’re outside of the United Kingdom or European Union. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re fully aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location. We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally.

DHL DDP Shipments to European Union

To comply with EU tax regulations, VAT is charged at the checkout at the rate based on the destination country. DHL handle the tax payment to the appropriate authorities. This allows fast clearance through customs and ensures no surprise fees are payable by the customer.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the order being placed or the goods received, whichever is the latter. To be eligible for a return, it must be in the condition it was received and in the original packaging.

Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost / damaged in return transit – the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is ALWAYS recommended.

If returning an item from outside the UK, ensure that the customs forms are filled in correctly and it is marked as a return. Failure to do so could result in additional customs fees or duties which will be deducted from any refund due.

A refund will only be issued after the goods are received back and inspected, so please be aware that shipping times need to be accounted for.
